Robert at ASI Alarms is the only company to come out and repair an existing,
wired security system. I bought a house built in 2005 and the previous
owners never used the security alarm system (Honeywell controller). One
of the zones showed an alert and my testing showed that a window contact
in one of the bedrooms (which bedroom?) wasn't working.
Robert
called me about 5 minutes after I requested a Yelp quote. We discussed
the situation as his pricing and set a time for him to come by. He and
colleague were prompt, professional and courteous. They made sure to
wear booties when inside the house. They quickly identified the problem
window sensor and got it working. Also plugged the security system
directly into an outlet and screwed it in place instead of having it on
the existing extension cord.
I definitely recommend Robert
and ASI Alarms for their service and pricing. No up-selling and a great
honest guy. If I need any future repairs, I have him in my contacts
list and am ready to make the call.
Robert and Luis worked with Len of My Network Solution to run network cable to my ancient garage and install several drops there, and relocate an existing security camera. They were punctual and professional, and did a perfect job. I will definitely hire them again for future network or alarm installation, and recommend them without reservation to anyone looking for network or alarm installation.
I bought my own cameras, and did a research to find a better price to install it for me. Then, after many estimates, Asi Alarms was the fair price to install my cameras. I am soooo happy with my cameras, and thanks so much Robert and Luis for your wonderful job!!

Robert and Louis were great onsite, both very professional, cleaned up during and after the job, and were super friendly to chat with. My house threw us a curveball at one point but they were able to come up with a solution on the spot.
The final payment ended up lower than the initial quote! I am looking forward to working with them again in the future.
